Bailey-Gibbon Rib Approximator w/ extended three-pronged blades, 6-3/4" (17.0 cm) Baily-Gibbon Rib Approximator is an instrument used in cardiothoracic surgical procedures. This rib approximator comes equipped with extended three-pronged blades which gives it better gripping ability during rib approximation. A ratcheting mechanism with a large dial are used to set the claws at variable spreads and then bring them closer together.
