The handle features a claw that is applied to the finger guards of standard obstetrical forceps. The claw is then attached via a vertical rod and movable joint to a handle grip that is held by the obstetrician.

DeLee Obstetrical Forceps are ideal for aiding in the delivery process by grasping the fetal head with the curved, hollow cephalic blades. The pelvic curve is shaped to conform to the birth canal and cause minimal discomfort. Available in various sizes to accommodate a wide range of cases.
