Tungsten Carbide Adson Thumb Forceps are handcrafted from tungsten carbide for a durable and strong instrument. Available in a variety of forms: for dressings with a serrated platform or for tissue with a serrated platform and 1x2 teeth. Each style is also available in a delicate pattern and at several different lengths for a comfortable grip. Tungsten carbide forceps feature tips made from tungsten carbide, the hardest metal made for surgical instruments. Precision-milled serrations are formed onto the tungsten carbide inserts, resulting in pyramid-shaped teeth that provide a non-slip grip. Pyramid-shaped teeth align perfectly with each other to provide a durable and reliable grasp of the most delicate or toughest tissues, as well as needles, sutures, dressing materials and delicate vessels. Smooth tungsten carbide inserts are also available for delicate procedures. Spring tension allows for surgeons to maintain proper and consistent position, ensuring optimal grip without having to apply excess force. These forceps feature gold-plated handles.

Adson Bipolar Forceps 1.0 mm tip, smooth jaw, 4-3/4" (12.0 cm) Adson Bipolar Forceps are designed to minimize heat and current while coagulating. For use during bipolar electrosurgical procedures, these forceps are designed with a 1.0 mm tip and a smooth jaw. Available in both insulated and insulated with irrigation. Just as with their standard counterparts, these forceps are the most common bipolar forcep model. Bipolar forceps are designed to control temperatures, minimize heat and current spread and reduce tissue sticking or charring while coagulating during bipolar electrosurgical procedures. Delicate pattern, 1x2 teeth, 7-1/8" (18.0 cm) Adson Artery Forceps are 7 1/8" and are developed with 1x2 teeth in a delicate pattern with either curved or straight jaws to suit different needs. Primarily applied during operations in which arteries need to be grasped or compressed, the teeth on the tips of the jaws interlock to confirm that a tight grip is held.

Longitudinal serrations, 1x2 teeth, straight Allen-Kocher Artery and Intestinal Forceps are designed with longitudinal serrations on straight jaws. These ratchet ring-handled forceps also contain 1x2 teeth on the tips of the jaws that interlock in order to compress tissue in which blood is being depleted.
