Pratt Rectal Speculum 1" x 3-3/8" (2.5 cm x 8.6 cm), 8-1/2" (21.0 cm) Pratt Rectal Speculum features two blades that form a tapering hollow cylinder. The spring handles allow the instrument to be opened to the desired amount and the screw mechanism locks it in place. The wider external portion allows the operator to examine the lower rectum and anus.

Mathieu Rectal Speculum 3 blades, working length 90.0 mm, 8-1/4" (21.0 cm) Mathieu Rectal Speculum features three prongs that can be inserted into the rectum and dilated up to 2" for examination of the lower rectum and anus. The prongs can be opened by a spring handle and set to a certain diameter by a screw mechanism. The instrument is chrome plated.

Rectal Polypus Snare bayonet shape, working length 11-3/4" (30.0 cm) Norwood Rectal Polypus Snare is designed for removal of abnormal growths located high in the rectal ampulla or lower pelvic colon. The snare features a bayonet shape with a strong handle designed to permit maximal viewing of the proctoscopic field. A loop of wire is soldered to the distal end of the snare to be placed around the polyp. The wire can be adjusted to the desired size to accommodate a wide range of cases.
