Rib Spreader w/ traditional curved arms Finchietto Rib Spreader is designed with traditional curved arms. This instrument is ideally used in cardiothoracic surgeries to create and maintain a space between the ribs to allow clear access to the surgical field. These spreaders come with a traditional slight curvature to the arms giving them a contour that allows a more secure fit and hold. Additionally, this instrument is available in three sizes with varying spread 6", 8" and 10".

Sternal Retractor stainless steel, spread: 1-2/5" (36.0 mm), arm length 1-2/5" (36.0 mm), blades 9/32" x 9/32" (7.0 mm long x 7.0 mm deep) Pediatric Finochietto Retractor is used in thoracic pediatric surgeries to grant greater access to the surgical field. It features a ratchet mechanism for easy accomplishment of appropriate retraction. The retractor is manufactured in Germany by expert instrument makers, and is comprised of operating room grade stainless steel.

Rib Spreader-Approximator stainless steel, spread: 3-1/2" (8.9 cm), arm length: 2-3/8" (6.0 cm), blades: 7/8" x 3/4" deep (2.2 x 1.9 cm) Finochietto Infant Rib Spreader-Approximator is a highly versatile instrument for infant cardiothoracic surgeries. This spreader-approximator is a multi purpose tool that can be used to separate the ribs to allow access to the surgical field by using the windowed lip blades. Uniquely, this instrument can also be used as an approximator to bring the ribs back to closure by utilizing the pointed hooks on the tip of each arm.

Carotid Retractor Henly Carotid Retractor is ideally suited for cardiothoracic surgical use as a carotid retractor thought it has some other applications as well. The ring handle design makes it easy to manipulate while the addition of the third retractor blade makes it uniquely suited for increased access to the surgical field. A complete set includes a modified weitlaner frame and comes with three center blades.
