Cooley Iliac Clamp Cooley Iliac Clamp allows for exquisite control of blood flow through large arteries during a number of orthopedic and cardiac procedures, or whenever temporary occlusion of the iliac vasculature is desired. Renowned for its ease of use, Cooley Iliac Clamp is designed for the application of variable pressures on the Iliac artery to prevent intrusive blood flow. It provides for a strong, secure and adjustable grip which can be used for closure of vasculature or secure clamping of soft tissue. The jaws are set at a slight angle so as to allow maneuverability while still maintaining pressure and control when clamping the intended area. Cooley Occlusion Clamp curved jaws, jaws 3.6 cm long Cooley Occlusion Clamp is designed for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures. This clamp can be used to clamp vessels to reduce or stop blood flow to prevent the patient from losing an excessive amount of blood. The jaws allow for firm grasp of the vessels but with reduced risk of crushing or bruising to the vessel wall. Additionally, this clamp features curved shanks and jaws giving them a contour more suitable for use in vascular surgical procedures. This instrument is available in two different lengths to accommodate different vessel sizes and positions.  

Cooley Neonatal Clamp 5" (12.5 cm) Cooley Neonatal Clamp is the ideal tool for use in surgical procedures for newborn children. This clamp is build sturdily but made small enough to clamp the delicate vessels of a newborn child. This instrument is particularly well suited due to its ability to maintain a hold on the vessel without causing tears or rip on the delicate vessel walls of the newborn. Additionally, this clamp is available in a straight profile, spoon jawed, anastomosis clamp, carotid clamp or angled shank and straight jaws or curved shanks and angled jaws.

Exclusion Clamp s shaped, curved jaws 8.5 cm, 7-1/4" (18.5 cm) Aortic Exclusion Clamp are ideally made for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures in which there is a need to exclude a certain portion of the aorta. The unique "S" shaped curvature of the jaws makes it contoured to fit the unique curvature and shapes necessary of atraumatic clamping of vessels. Although this instrument could have a wide application on other vessels it is designed for use in clamping of the aorta. This instrument is comprised of premium German operating-room grade stainless steel.
