Additionally, the jaws are calibrate at 5.0 mm intervals and this instrument is available with straight shanks and straight, curved or spoon jaws, or angled shanks with straight jaws making it possible to find a suitable instrument for the particular surgical procedure.

This clamp features jaws that are calibrated at 5.0 mm intervals but are still delicate enough for use in pediatric surgeries. This instrument is designed to keep a firm hold on the vessels that are being occluded but delicate enough not to bruise or tear the vessels thus reducing the amount of damage done to the patient. This clamp is designed to clamp vessels and occlude blood flow during surgical procedures in many cases to prevent an excessive amount of blood loss from the patient. A unique feature of this clamp is the curved Cooley jaws that are calibrated at 50 mm intervals as well as the straight shanks. This instrument is available two sizes: small jaw with heavy curvature and large jaw with medium curvature.
