It has a round handle, for easier manipulation, and a lock to reduce stress on surgeons. It also has jaws impregnated with tungsten carbide dust to increase grip without damaging the needle. This needle holder is made of operating room grade stainless steel, crafted by experienced instrument makers in Germany, and is polished to a dull satin finish to reduce glare.

This needle holder features a flat knurled handle giving an increased gripping surface to allow manipulation without slipping. Additionally, these jaws are reinforced with tungsten carbide dust making them supremely durable and giving them a secure grip that does not damage the needle itself. This instrument is available in a straight profile either with or without a lock.
