Rib Spreader stainless steel Finochietto Infant Rib Spreader is uniquely designed to fit the smaller size of an infant's rib cage white maintaining the same level of strength as the full sized instruments. This instrument features two arms which each have one windowed blade extending from them to allow a securing fit throughout the procedure. Additionally, this spreader is available with straight arms as well as curved to fit a wide variety of patient needs.

This sternal retractor comes in a variety of different sizes to accommodate neonatal, newborn, infant and pediatric cases.

Atrial Valve Retractor Cooley Atrial Valve Retractor is a uniquely designed for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures. This instrument is used particularly for atrial valve retraction and is perfectly suited to do so because of its bulb shaped handle for firm handling and angled head piece to allow manipulation while leaving the surgical field accessible. This instrument is available in three sizes: small, medium and large all of which are for a right sided approach. A left sided approach instrument is also available to accommodate a variety of surgical uses.
